Physical Products (Shipping & Delivery)

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after purchase
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your tracking number

Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days after processing
  • Delivery Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only

Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order
  • Any additional fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer

Digital Products (Instant Delivery)

Patterix offers digital quilt patterns that are delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped for these products.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive instant access to your digital files. A download link will be sent directly to the email address used at checkout, allowing you to download and save your files immediately.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
