By placing an order with Patterix, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

We strive to ensure every order is processed and shipped with care. However, we do not offer resends or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product is sent due to our error. We are not responsible for theft after delivery. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. 


Physical Products (Returns & Refunds)

We strive to ensure every order is processed and delivered with care.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees are applied
  • Items must be returned in their original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must:

  • Email us using the same email used for your order
  • Provide clear (Up to 9) photos and (Up to 3) videos showing the item and packaging

If verified:

  • We will send a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are not issued for damaged goods — only replacements are provided.

Order Changes & Customer Errors

  • If you ordered the wrong item, size, or variant, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Once your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours), no changes, replacements, or refunds are possible for customer ordering mistakes.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that match the product description but do not meet personal expectations
  • Orders delayed by the shipping carrier within normal delivery timeframes
  • Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene, safety, or value reasons), including:
    • Health-related products
    • Craft kits and sets
    • Software

Lost or Delivered Orders

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 10 business days
  • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Digital Products (No Returns, 30-Day Guarantee)

All Patterix digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

All sales are considered final.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You did not receive your download link
